I've found the Shakti site and couldn't help but notice the many warnings: Use at your own risk. The web site seems to go to great lenghts to determine whether you are left handed or ambidextrous.
I found the web site to be unorganized but the information was all there (looks like he designed this in his basement at home).
This all looks fascinating and we could be looking at something of the future here.
