Re: lucidquest.com
Sat, April 16, 2005 - 9:49 AMok, you've been to the site before- so what do you think about some of the concepts, for instance LucidQuest uses:
"A primary method that is applied to our audio programs is called binaural brainwave entrainment. For over 55 years this method has been used by scientists to safely assist the brain in reaching a desired frequency state by harmonizing it with others."
Is it real or not? We know that has been plenty of evidence in support of the idea of binaural brainwave entertainment- but is this just plain quackery- another New Age thing- or do you think what they are trying to do here is real and actually effective? I think it would be interesting to know if there is any type of scientific research done that proves that the sound products that are sold at LucidQuest actually have an effect on brainwaves...hmmm... perhaps I should write them and ask. What do you think? -

Sun, April 17, 2005 - 11:28 AMWell, actually I'm waiting to get my lucidquest CD - I suppose I'll have to keep a journal when it arrives. I wonder what will happen when I play it and i'm already a lucid dreamer????... I suppose I'll have to report back if I notice or don't notice any changes. Have you tried the products Anistara? -

Re: lucidquest.com
Sun, April 17, 2005 - 10:52 PMi've worked with proteus and have noticed significant lucid dreaming, and awakening.
methinkx you should start keeping a journal now, it's good practice and helps with lucidity with or without the machines, if your goal is to be a better lucid dreamer.
